GrandpaKnows.store is operated by UnveilinGLORY, Inc. Please review your book titles, formats, quantities, delivery address, and order total before submitting an order. Complete collections contain one copy each of Books 1, 2 and 3 in the format stated on the product page.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax shown at checkout are additional to the book price. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order confirmation records your submitted order; if an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about the available resolution.
Printing and delivery
Books are printed on demand by Lulu Direct. Production takes place before shipping. Orders are sent for automatic fulfillment with a one-hour production delay. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins. Shipping services and delivery estimates depend on the books, quantity, destination, and carrier availability.
Shipping and returns policy
Our Shipping & Returns policy applies to purchases. Returns require UnveilinGLORY’s approval within 60 days from the order date. Approved like-new returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
