Grandpa Knows books are printed on demand and fulfilled by Lulu Direct. Printing and production take place before shipment. The delivery estimate for a shipping service is not a promise of immediate dispatch. Production, carrier capacity, weekends, holidays, and peak demand can affect timing.
Shipping charges and destinations
Shipping is quoted live by Lulu for the selected book formats, quantities, and complete delivery address. The checkout shipping and handling charge includes the lowest available tracked shipping quote plus Lulu Direct’s $1.75 fulfillment fee per order. No additional shipping buffer is added. A quote is required to complete checkout; if Lulu cannot return a quote, please contact us. Please enter a complete, accurate shipping address and phone number. Online checkout currently serves the contiguous United States for orders of up to 24 physical books. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or other destinations, contact us before ordering. We do not currently offer international checkout.
Each complete collection contains three physical books. The format and quantity selected apply to the contents shown on the product page and order summary. Lulu selects the least expensive available tracked shipping service for this WooCommerce integration; expedited service is not promised.
Order changes and shipment updates
Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. Orders are submitted to Lulu automatically, with a one-hour production delay. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once production begins. You will receive order updates by email. If you need tracking information that is not shown in your account or shipment email, contact us with your order number.
Returns
Returns are at UnveilinGLORY’s sole discretion and must be within 60 days from the order date. We charge a 15% restocking fee, assuming the returned materials are in like-new condition. Damaged items will receive a reduced refund amount. We do not refund shipping and handling fees charged on the original order.
Please contact us with your order number before returning any books so that we can confirm approval and provide return instructions. Do not send books directly to Lulu without instructions from us. Refunds for approved returns are processed to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
Contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged books, retain the books and packaging and include clear photographs so we can review the issue with the fulfillment provider or carrier. Please wait for instructions before returning an affected book.
