Who we are
GrandpaKnows.store is operated by UnveilinGLORY, Inc. This policy describes how information is used when you browse our bookstore, create an account, contact us, or order books.
Information used to run the bookstore
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, account details, order contents, and messages. Our website also processes technical information such as IP address, browser information, and cart/session activity to operate the store, maintain security, and troubleshoot problems.
We use this information to process orders and payments, calculate shipping, arrange printing and delivery, send order updates, respond to requests, prevent fraud, and keep business records.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment details are submitted through Stripe’s secure payment components. We receive payment status, transaction references, and limited payment-method details; we do not store your full card number or card security code in our bookstore. If you choose a wallet or saved payment option, that provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply. Read Stripe’s privacy policy.
Printing, shipping, and service providers
We share the information necessary to fulfill your order with Lulu Direct and its delivery partners, including the recipient’s contact details, shipping address, and books ordered. Shipping destination details and book specifications may be sent to Lulu to calculate delivery rates before purchase. Our hosting, payment, email, and store-integration providers also process information needed to provide their services. These providers may process data in countries outside your own.
Cookies and accounts
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar storage for cart contents, store sessions, account login, and preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling them may prevent cart or checkout features from working. Embedded content or payment wallets may use their own cookies under their providers’ policies.
Reviews and comments
If you submit a review or comment, the submitted content and chosen display name may be public after approval. Technical information may be processed for moderation and spam prevention. Please do not include private payment or contact information in a public review.
Retention and requests
We retain order, account, and communication records as needed to provide service and meet accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, and security requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact us. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that we are required to keep.
